Sandeep Bindra (Managing Partner)
holds a management degree from the Pusa Institute of Hotel Management. In his 35 years of experience in the industry, he has proven his skills in the field of operations management, strategic planning, business development, quality control and client servicing and also started the MOETS group from a 25 cover cafe in Defence Colony to a chain of 8 luxury restaurants and lounge bars along with his specialisation in the field of outdoor catering business and frozen meals industry. He recently also opened his own B&B business and provided Investment support to his newly launched BPO Business. He has been a great mentor to the staff at MOETS to perform their jobs responsibly.
Rahil Bindra (Managing Partner)
holds a BA (Hons) degree from one of the finest institutes of Asia, the Institute of Hotel Management - Aurangabad. He has done industrial training with the best hospitality brands including Dominos Pizza, Taj& Imperial Hotel. He has joined the MOETS business in 2008 and brings with him the necessary operational knowledge and skills to profitably run a F&B business of restaurants and wedding catering. He is responsible for the service excellence and brand development of the MOETS group and has great plants to expand the MOETS Brand Nationally and Internationally.
Mehreen Bindra (Managing Partner)
After having completed her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, UK, Mehreen joined the MOETS Business in 2011 and manages the Wedding Catering Business of the MOETS Group. She plans to make the catering the number one company to recon with in Delhi/NCR. She brings with her immense knowledge in the strategic planning and managing the businesses processes of the company. She plans to grow the packed meal business via strategic tie-ups with various corporations and also is the brainchild behind the development of the BPO business under the name of North Tree Group.
Lokesh Sharma (Senior Catering Manager)
A Very Charismatic & Hands on Person when it comes to managing outdoor catering functions. Having a huge experience with working with some of the big names such as Expo Mart - Greater Noida to the senior guest relations at the Shipra Group. Lokesh has the perfect experience to handle a function of any size and nature from corporate events to grand wedding functions. He leads the entire team and gets a superb quality work out of everyone.
Rekha Sharma (Senior Catering Manager - Admin & Sales)
Rekha having a masters degree joined MOETS Group in 1998 since then she has been managing multiple tasks such as booking, planning, organizing, billing and handling clients. She is among one of the strongest pillar of MOETS Group in terms of efficiency, positivity, uniqueness, consistent working style. She has a great experience in handling prestigious clients as well as entire staff at back office, also handles all tender works.
Vandana Chadha
Holds a BA (Economic) degree from Delhi University. In her 22 years of working experience, she has worked on innumerable occasions in cross - functional teams both as team member and team leader in large nation-wide organizations. She, over the years have acquired competencies for Organization building and retaining client relations. Have worked with different nationalities. Have led and driven Goal Setting across the organization, cascading strategies down to individual responsibilities. She joined Moets Catering Division in 2013 as Business Development head and has since then increased the business by many folds. At Moets her responsibilities include Key Account Management & Business Development, supplemented with a strategic role to develop strong consumer insights, innovation platforms during events and catering, empanelment of key accounts with Moets.
